With a legacy spanning over three decades, Mgroup has been a fixture in Texas real estate since 1995. Our origins trace back to architectural design and the affordable housing industry, where we have established ourselves as leaders in the field and completed 32 tax credit communities to date. As our company has grown, we have expanded our expertise to encompass a wide range of services, including conventional multi-family apartments, raw land subdivisions, consulting, hospitality, and more. Today, we have successfully brought to life over 40 multi-family assets across the state of Texas and completed real estate developments exceeding $600 million in value.
At Mgroup, we do not build to sell but rather to own and operate with lasting integrity. Our goal is to create homes that can withstand the wear of time, while meeting the trends and demands of our industry. As such, each community is meticulously designed and developed in-house, then overseen by our asset management team after completion to ensure the property’s long-term success.
